Our 25 rooms have been designed with great attention to detail to offer you maximum comfort during your stay. Each room has a shower, WC, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, safe and a balcony or loggia with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Our lift, which makes all floors easily accessible, also ensures a relaxing stay.
From spring 2025, our completely renovated rooms on the first floor will be waiting for you –
and from spring 2026, you can look forward to the new design in all other rooms too!
These modernised rooms offer even more amenities: wooden floors, blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep, a coffee machine, a mini fridge and numerous small details that will make your stay unforgettable. Our rooms combine modern comfort with stylish design and invite you to relax and enjoy yourself.
Our aim is to offer you a feeling of home that leaves nothing to be desired. Check-in is possible from 2pm, while we ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure so that we can prepare it for our next guests. Free car parking is also available to ensure a smooth stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR DIRECT BOOKING 2027
- A minimum stay applies on long weekends and during the peak season from the end of May to mid-September
- Check-in: 2:00–6:00 pm | Check-out: by 11:00 am
- Short-stay supplement: €10 per person for stays of one night
- Long-stay discount: 5% off the accommodation price for stays of at least 7 nights
- Double room for single occupancy: 40% discount on the room rate during the off-season
- Double room for single occupancy: 20% discount on the room rate during the peak season
- All 25 non-smoking rooms feature a balcony or loggia
- Breakfast buffet: 7:30 am to 10:00 am
- Our rooms are currently not air-conditioned. A fan is available on request
- Pets: on request, €28 per night (food not included)
- Baby cot: €12 per night
- Garage: €15 per night, subject to availability
- Local tourist tax: €2.60 per night for guests aged 15 and over
- Payment: by Debit Card , Mastercard or Visa when booking, or in cash or by AMEX at the Hotel
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.

Our Cancellation Policy:
- up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
- up to 1 week before arrival: 50 % of the total price
- during the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total price
- on the day of arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% total price
Cancellations are accepted only in written form (e.g. by e-mail).
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 item 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG) does not apply. Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
