Indulge in regional cuisine at our cozy restaurant by Lake Attersee. In our panoramic dining area and on our summer terraces, we serve seasonal dishes personally prepared by your host, Cornelia Haberl. To complement your culinary experience, Maximilian Haberl, a qualified sommelier and your hotel host, along with senior Alfred Haberl, offer a selection of wines from their wine cellar. FRESHLY CAUGHT FISH & REGIONAL PRODUCTS

Reinanke, char and pike reflect the exceptional quality of our Slazkammergut lakes, whose water quality contributes significantly to the delicate flavour of the fish. Gentle preparation and classic recipes ensure that the natural flavour takes centre stage. Many of our products come from regional producers with whom we have personal and often long-standing partnerships. Our range is complemented by regional meat and dairy products as well as pastries from local businesses – including our own family farm.

This commitment to regionality has also been recognised with the AMA Gastrosiegel seal of approval, which stands for authenticity, transparency and verified origin. For our guests, this means honest cuisine where you know where the ingredients come from – and you can taste it.

In addition to its restaurant, the Hotel Haberl is also a popular venue for parties and celebrations on Lake Attersee. Our cosy dining rooms can accommodate up to 80 people and are ideal for weddings, birthday parties, christenings, Christmas parties, company celebrations or anniversaries. The location near the lake, the personal service and the regional cuisine create an atmospheric setting for special occasions.

The evening closing time in the restaurant is individual and depends on the number of guests.

In our kitchen, we mainly use food from regional suppliers and producers and from our own farm.

Therefore, we are awarded with the controlled AMA Quality seal.
