We serve in our panorama restaurant and in summer on our terraces, seasonal dishes that your host Cornelia Haberl personally prepares for you.
The culinary pleasure is completed by Sommelier Maximilian Haberl and hotel owner Alfred Haberl, who store many selected wines in their wine cellar.
Whether whitefish, char or pike - we catch the fish ourselves. The water quality of the 47 km² lake contributes significantly to the delicate flavor of our fish. For meat and pastry connoisseurs, we are spoilt with regional products from local farms . Alfred’s brother Franz provides us with milk and meat from his own farm.
